Campaign period: 23 March – 13 April 2026

Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Open to residents of the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia.
  • Employees (and their immediate families) of PayInc Group Limited, its partners, agents, and suppliers are not eligible.
  • New customers who register on the PayAngel app and complete a qualifying transaction during the campaign are eligible.

Campaign Structure

  • Week 1: 23–29 March 2026 (draw on 30 March)
  • Week 2: 30 March – 5 April 2026 (draw on 6 April)
  • Week 3: 6–12 April 2026 (draw on 13 April)
  • Grand Draw: 13 April 2026 — all qualifying entries from the full campaign are eligible.

Weekly draw cut-off is at 23:59 UK time (GMT+1) on the final day of each weekly period.

How to Enter

Send a minimum of £100 (UK), $100 (US), CAD $100 (Canada), or AUD $100 (Australia) via the PayAngel app or website. Only successfully completed transactions qualify. Pending, failed, reversed, or refunded transactions do not count.

Entry Calculation

  • Base entry: 1 entry per qualifying minimum send (or increment). E.g., £200 = 2 entries.
  • Easter Weekend Boost (11–12 April): Double entries on every qualifying transaction.
  • New Beneficiary Bonus: 2 additional entries for sending to a new recipient.
  • Referral Bonus (Referrer): 10 bonus entries when your referred friend completes their first qualifying transaction.
  • Referral Bonus (Referred): 1 bonus entry on first qualifying transaction.

All qualifying entries from the full three-week campaign are automatically entered into the Grand Draw.

Prizes

  • Weekly prizes: 3 winners per week, $100 USD each.
  • Grand Prize: 1 winner, $500 USD.
  • Prizes credited to the winner's PayAngel wallet within 3 working days.
  • Prizes denominated in USD. For non-US winners, converted at PayAngel's prevailing exchange rate on the date of payout.
  • Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative unless required by law.
  • Weekly winners remain eligible for the Grand Draw.

Winner Selection & Announcement

  • Winners selected by randomised draw. Each entry = one ticket.
  • A participant can only win once per weekly draw.
  • Winners announced on the next working day via the PayAngel app and official social media channels.
  • Winners notified directly via registered contact details.
  • PayAngel may verify eligibility before releasing prizes.

Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification

PayAngel reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in: multiple account creation, self-referrals, referral manipulation, shared payment cards/devices across accounts, artificial transactions, or claiming entries from reversed/refunded transactions. Disqualified participants forfeit all prizes and may be suspended from the platform.

General Conditions

  • By entering, participants grant PayAngel the right to use their name and city in promotional materials relating to the campaign.
  • PayInc Group Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign with reasonable notice.
