Who can use the Business Portal?

The portal is designed for any registered business or organization — including schools, NGOs, corporates, SMEs, e-commerce merchants, and service providers — that needs to receive and send payments.

Which countries does the portal support?

Currently, the portal supports collections and payouts in Ghana (mobile money, bank transfers) and cross-border payments from multiple countries via cards, remittances, and other channels. Expansion to additional African countries is ongoing.

Can customers abroad pay me?

Yes. The portal accepts international card payments and direct remittances, enabling customers abroad to pay you seamlessly.

What currencies are supported?

You can create multiple wallets in supported currencies, including GHS, USD, GBP, and EUR.

Do you offer API documentation?

Yes. API documentation and credentials will be provided once your business channel is set to “Live.”
