2 Campaign Name

3 Campaign Period

The campaign runs from 1 June 2026 until 11:59pm on 30 June 2026.

Entries received after the campaign closing date will not be included in the prize draw.

Winners will be announced on or around 3 July 2026.

4 Who Can Enter

This campaign is open to eligible PayAngel users who:

• Are aged 18 or over.
• Have a valid PayAngel account.
• Have completed all required PayAngel account verification and compliance checks.
• Make a qualifying transfer during the campaign period, or sign up using the campaign code as described below.

Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of PayAngel, Antoine Semenyo, campaign influencers, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the campaign are not eligible to enter.

5 How to Enter

There are two ways to receive entries into the prize draw.

New users

A new user will receive 1 raffle entry when they:

• Sign up to PayAngel using the code TONY in the referral field.
• Complete PayAngel’s required verification process.
• Meet any required campaign eligibility checks.

Transfer users

A PayAngel user will receive 1 raffle entry for every qualifying transfer made during the campaign period.

To qualify, the user must:

• Send 100 or more in any supported send currency.
• Enter TONY in the payment reference field when making the transfer.
• Complete the transfer successfully during the campaign period.

There is no single currency requirement. The qualifying amount is based on the currency the sender uses.

6 Entries

Each qualifying new sign-up using TONY receives 1 raffle entry.

Each qualifying transfer of 100+ using TONY in the payment reference field receives 1 raffle entry.

Multiple qualifying transfers may generate multiple entries, provided each transfer meets the campaign requirements.

Entries are only valid where the transfer is completed successfully and is not cancelled, refunded, reversed, declined, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.

7 Prize Pool

There will be 3 winners.

The prize pool is:

The winner will receive the stated amount in the same currency they used for their qualifying transfer.

For example:

• If the winning qualifying transfer was sent in GBP, the prize will be paid in GBP.
• If the winning qualifying transfer was sent in USD, the prize will be paid in USD.
• If the winning qualifying transfer was sent in CAD, AUD, or EUR, the prize will be paid in that same send currency.

Where a winner has multiple qualifying entries in different currencies, PayAngel may use the currency of the winning selected entry to determine the prize currency.

8 Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all valid campaign entries received during the campaign period.

The draw will take place after the campaign closes and after PayAngel has completed any required eligibility, compliance, fraud prevention, and transaction validation checks.

PayAngel’s decision on eligibility, entry validation, and winner selection is final.

9 Winner Announcement and Notification

Winners will be announced on or around 3 July 2026.

Winners may be announced during an Instagram Live session and/or through PayAngel’s official communication channels.

Winners will also be contacted using the contact details linked to their PayAngel account.

PayAngel may ask winners to confirm their identity, eligibility, and acceptance of the prize before the prize is issued.

If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe, fails verification, is found to be ineligible, or refuses the prize, PayAngel reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

10 Prize Payment

Prizes will be paid to the winner’s PayAngel wallet or another payment method determined by PayAngel.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative prize.

No interest, compensation, or additional payment will be provided if there is a delay caused by verification, compliance checks, technical issues, or circumstances outside PayAngel’s reasonable control.

11 Use of Code TONY

New users must enter TONY in the referral field during sign-up.

Existing users must enter TONY in the payment reference field when making a qualifying transfer.

PayAngel is not responsible for entries that are missed because the code was entered incorrectly, entered in the wrong field, not entered before the transfer was completed, or not successfully recorded.

12 Disqualified Entries

PayAngel reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant where it reasonably believes that:

• The user has breached these terms.
• The entry is fraudulent, abusive, automated, duplicated incorrectly, or manipulated.
• The transfer was cancelled, refunded, reversed, declined, or not completed.
• The user has failed PayAngel’s verification, fraud prevention, AML, sanctions, or compliance checks.
• The user has attempted to misuse the campaign, referral system, payment reference field, or PayAngel platform.

13 Campaign Changes

PayAngel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign where necessary due to fraud, technical issues, legal or regulatory requirements, operational reasons, or circumstances outside PayAngel’s reasonable control.

Any changes will be communicated through PayAngel’s official channels where practical.

14 Data Protection

PayAngel will process participant data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Participant data may be used to administer the campaign, validate entries, contact winners, complete verification checks, award prizes, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Winner names, social media handles, or limited details may be used for campaign announcement and publicity purposes, subject to applicable law and PayAngel’s privacy requirements.

15 Liability

PayAngel will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, not recorded, or affected by technical issues outside PayAngel’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

By entering the campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
