Creating a PayAngel account is free. Download the PayAngel app or sign up on payangel.com, enter your details, and verify your identity — a quick, one-time requirement we’re obliged to complete as a regulated payment provider. Once verified, you can add beneficiaries and start sending money straight away.
Identity verification is a legal requirement for all regulated money transfer providers. As a firm authorised by the FCA and supervised for anti-money-laundering compliance, PayAngel must confirm who its customers are before processing transfers. Verification protects you and your beneficiaries from fraud — it’s a one-time step, and your documents are handled securely.
Sending money with PayAngel takes a few steps: create and verify your account, add your beneficiary’s details, choose the destination country and amount, select how they’ll receive the money, and pay. You’ll see the full cost and the exact amount your beneficiary receives before you confirm, and you can track the transfer in the app until it’s delivered.
