The promoter is PAYINC GROUP LIMITED, trading as PayAngel (“PayAngel”, “we”, “us” or “our”), registered in England and Wales under company number 08126178, with its registered office at Regus House, Victory Way, Admirals Park, Dartford, Kent, DA2 6QD, United Kingdom (the “Promoter”).

The promotion is supported by KK Mensah / Kmens Music and Goshen Encounter. Unless separately stated, they are not responsible for administering the prize draw or providing the prizes.

The promotion opens on Wednesday 23 September 2026 and closes at 7:00 pm BST on Saturday 17 October 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Qualifying transfers must be successfully completed and recorded by PayAngel during the Promotion Period. Transfers initiated but not successfully completed before the closing time will not qualify.

The promotion is open to individuals who:

• are aged 18 or over;
• are legally resident in the United Kingdom;
• hold, or create, a verified PayAngel personal customer account in their own name;
• are legally able to use PayAngel’s services and comply with the applicable PayAngel customer terms; and
• complete all entry requirements in section 4.

Employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter, KK Mensah / Kmens Music, Goshen Encounter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the promotion may not enter.

Business accounts, agents, introducers and entries made on behalf of another person are not eligible. Internet access and a compatible device may be required.

Existing PayAngel customers

During the Promotion Period, complete an eligible international money transfer of at least £50 GBP from the United Kingdom and enter KKMENSAH accurately in the payment reference. Each qualifying transfer earns one entry.

New PayAngel customers

During the Promotion Period, register using KKMENSAH, successfully complete PayAngel’s account verification, and complete a first eligible international money transfer of any amount in GBP from the United Kingdom before the closing time. No minimum transfer amount applies to new customers throughout the Promotion Period, including transfers after their first. Registration alone does not constitute an entry.

An “eligible transfer” is a genuine personal money transfer sent through the PayAngel app from the United Kingdom, in pounds sterling (GBP), to any destination supported by PayAngel for transfers from the United Kingdom, which meets the applicable entry requirements above, has been accepted and successfully completed and has not been cancelled, reversed, refunded, charged back, rejected or identified as fraudulent, abusive or otherwise in breach of PayAngel’s customer terms. All supported UK destination corridors are included; other sending countries and sending currencies are excluded.

Entry allocation: One entry per eligible transfer, with no cap on the number of entries per person. Each separate eligible transfer earns one entry; the same transfer cannot be counted more than once. Entries may not be transferred, pooled or submitted using multiple accounts.

For this promotion, new customers are those who register during the Promotion Period using KKMENSAH; existing customers are those who already held a PayAngel account before the Promotion Period. Each eligible transfer by a new customer during the Promotion Period earns one entry under their signup code, with no minimum transfer amount. The £50 minimum applies only to existing customers.

Entry to the prize draw is free. The qualifying transfer amount is money sent to the recipient, not a payment for entry into the draw. Any applicable fees relate solely to PayAngel’s money-transfer service and are disclosed before the transfer is confirmed, together with the exchange rate. No separate entry fee or promotional surcharge applies, and transfer pricing is not increased because of this promotion.

There are seven prizes with a total value of £300:

1. PayAngel Community Prize: one prize of £100. Attendance at Goshen Encounter 2026 is not required.
2. Goshen Live Prize: one prize of £150. The winner must be physically present at Goshen Encounter 2026 when called and must satisfy the attendance-verification process in section 7.
3. Consolation Prizes: five prizes of £10 each. Winners must be physically present at Goshen Encounter 2026 when called and must satisfy the attendance-verification process in section 7.

Each prize will be credited to the verified PayAngel wallet/account held by the corresponding winner. No prize is transferable, exchangeable or redeemable through another person. There is no alternative prize, except that the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

One prize per person across all categories. A person may have multiple entries but may win only once. Once a winner is selected and verified, all of that person’s remaining entries are removed from every subsequent prize draw in this promotion.

All potential winners will be selected at random from the relevant pool of valid entries after the promotion closes. Selection will use a computer process capable of producing verifiably random results. The Promoter will keep an auditable record of the eligible-entry file, selection procedure, draw time and results.

The draw is expected to take place at Goshen Encounter 2026 on Saturday 17 October 2026, at approximately 8:00 pm BST. This time is indicative and may change to accommodate the live event programme, provided the selection takes place after entries close and is administered fairly.

The Promoter may verify eligibility before or after selecting a potential winner. Being selected does not make a person a winner unless and until their eligibility has been verified.

The potential winner must respond when called and either show their qualifying transfer in the PayAngel app on their mobile phone or provide proof of their identity within three minutes of being called. The Promoter will verify the information against its eligible-entry records. If the person cannot be located, does not respond within that period or cannot establish eligibility, the entry will be rejected and another potential winner will be selected at random from the eligible entrants who are present.

Potential winners of prizes for which attendance is not required will be contacted using the email address or telephone number registered to their PayAngel account within 7 days of the draw. They must respond and provide any reasonably requested eligibility information within 14 days of that notification. If they do not, refuse the prize or fail verification, the Promoter may select a replacement winner using the same random process.

Subject to successful verification, prizes are intended to be credited promptly to winners’ PayAngel wallets/accounts. If an immediate credit is not operationally possible, the Promoter will award the prize within 30 days of the draw or verification, whichever is later.

Winners are responsible for any personal tax liability arising from a prize. The Promoter will not ask a winner to pay a fee to receive a prize.

The Promoter may require reasonable evidence of identity, age, residence, account ownership, transfer completion and event attendance where applicable. It may disqualify any entry or entrant that:

• does not comply with these terms or the applicable PayAngel customer terms;
• contains incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information;
• results from counting the same transfer more than once, false information, automated entry submissions or multiple-account activity (separate genuine eligible transfers are permitted and each earns an entry);
• involves a cancelled, failed, refunded, reversed, charged-back or fraudulent transfer;
• is connected with tampering, collusion, manipulation or an attempt to obtain an unfair advantage; or
• is otherwise unlawful.

The Promoter’s decisions regarding eligibility and administration are final, subject to applicable law. This does not limit an entrant’s statutory rights.

The Promoter will make available information indicating that prizes were validly awarded. Subject to the winner’s rights and applicable law, this may comprise the surname and county of residence of each major-prize winner. Entrants may object to, or request a reduction in, publication by contacting support@payangel.com. The Promoter may still provide winner information and evidence of prize award to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

Any wider publicity, interview, photograph, video or use of a winner’s image will be subject to the winner’s separate agreement and will not be a condition of entry or receiving a prize.

The Promoter will process entrants’ personal data to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners, award prizes, prevent fraud and meet its legal and regulatory obligations. This may include identity, contact, account and transaction information and, where applicable, event-attendance information.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with the PayAngel Privacy Policy. Data will not be used for unrelated electronic marketing solely because a person entered this promotion. Any marketing choice must be presented separately and may be withdrawn at any time.

The Promoter may share only the information reasonably necessary to administer the promotion with service providers and event personnel acting on its instructions. Personal data will be retained in line with the Promoter’s legal, regulatory and record-retention obligations.

The Promoter will administer the promotion fairly and will not cancel it or change the closing date or these terms except where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable and the change is permitted by applicable law and advertising rules. Any permitted change will be communicated clearly and will not unfairly disadvantage existing entrants.

If a technical problem affects entry records or the draw, the Promoter may take proportionate steps to restore fair administration, including verifying transaction records, delaying the draw or rerunning an affected selection. The Promoter will not exclude an otherwise valid entry solely because of an internal data-processing error that can reasonably be corrected.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or an entrant’s statutory consumer rights.

Subject to the paragraph above, the Promoter is not responsible for loss caused by events outside its reasonable control, or for an entrant’s failure to keep their account or contact details accurate, except where the Promoter has failed to exercise reasonable care and skill or is otherwise liable under applicable law.

The venue and event organisers remain responsible for admission to and operation of Goshen Encounter 2026 under their applicable event terms. Entry to this promotion does not itself guarantee admission to the event.

Money-transfer and account services remain subject to PayAngel’s standard Terms and Conditions and other applicable policies. If there is a conflict, these promotion terms govern only the administration of this prize draw; PayAngel’s standard terms continue to govern the account and transfer service.

These terms and the promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which they live where applicable consumer law gives them that right.
