1.1. The Promoter is PAYINC GROUP LIMITED, trading as PAYANGEL® (registered in England & Wales, Company No. 08126178), whose registered office is at Regus House, Victory Way, Admirals Park, Dartford, Kent, DA2 6QD, United Kingdom (“PayAngel”, “we”, “us”).
1.2. PAYANGEL® is authorised for the provision of payment services by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) (FRN: 608108).
2.1. “Semenyo’s Top Supporter — Share. Send. Win.” (“the Promotion”) is a skill- and activity-based promotional competition with two prize categories:
2.2. Entry is free of charge beyond the ordinary use of PayAngel’s services. No payment or fee is required to enter or win.
2.3. By participating, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, by the PayAngel Terms of Use and, for Category A, by the PayAngel Referral Rewards programme terms. In the event of conflict regarding this Promotion, these Terms prevail.
3.1. The Promotion opens at 00:00:01 (BST) on Sunday 23 August 2026 and closes at 23:59:59 (BST) on Friday 9 October 2026 (“the Promotion Period”).
3.2. Only Qualifying Referrals and Qualifying Transactions completed within the Promotion Period count towards the Promotion. Activity started before the opening time or completed after the closing time does not count.
3.3. Winners are expected to be announced by 16 October 2026, subject to the validation process in clause 9.
4.1. The Promotion is open to individuals who, throughout the Promotion Period:
There is no residency or destination-country requirement.
4.2. The following are excluded from winning:
4.3. Each Participant may compete using one PayAngel account only. A Participant may compete in one or both categories. The same Participant may win in both categories.
5.1. Category A — Top Referrer: share your personal PayAngel referral code. Every Qualifying Referral counts towards your total.
5.2. Category B — Top Transactor: enter TONY in the payment reference field when sending money with PayAngel. Every Qualifying Transaction counts towards your Qualifying Transaction Volume.
5.4. No separate registration is required: eligible activity during the Promotion Period is counted automatically. Public display of standings is masked as described in clause 8.
6.1. A “Qualifying Referral” means a person who, during the Promotion Period:
6.2. Each referred person counts as one Qualifying Referral, once, regardless of how many transfers they subsequently make.
6.3. Referrals that are cancelled, reversed, made from duplicate accounts, or identified as self-referrals or fraudulent activity do not count and may lead to disqualification under clause 10.
6.4. The standard PayAngel Referral Rewards programme (including any referral payments) operates separately under its own terms and is unaffected by this Promotion.
7.1. A “Qualifying Transaction” means a money transfer that:
There is no minimum transaction amount; the total amount sent by each Participant is calculated at the end of the Promotion Period.
7.2. “Qualifying Transaction Volume” means the aggregate principal amount of a Participant’s Qualifying Transactions, excluding fees. For ranking purposes, amounts sent in different currencies are normalised to a single reference currency (GBP) at the exchange rate applied at the time of each transfer.
7.3. The following do not count towards Qualifying Transaction Volume: cancelled, failed, expired or rejected transfers; transfers that are subsequently reversed, refunded or charged back; transfers flagged and not cleared by fraud, AML or compliance review; and transfers identified as artificial or circular activity (for example, repeated send-and-refund patterns).
8.1. During the Promotion Period, PayAngel will publish two Top-10 leaderboards (Top Referrers and Top Transactors) on the campaign landing page at https://payangel.com/campaigns/semenyo-top-supporter/, updated approximately every 10 days.
8.2. Leaderboards display masked names only (first name and masked surname initial) together with the Participant’s rank and qualifying total. Full names, account details and transaction details are never displayed publicly.
8.3. Leaderboard standings are provisional. Final results are determined only after the validation process in clause 9, and published totals may change following review.
8.4. A Participant may ask to be removed from the public leaderboard display at any time by contacting PayAngel customer support at support@payangel.com. The request will be actioned and the Participant’s masked entry removed from public display within 7 days. Removal from public display does not affect their participation or eligibility to win.
9.1. The winner of each category is the eligible Participant with, respectively, the highest number of Qualifying Referrals (Category A) or the highest Qualifying Transaction Volume (Category B) at the close of the Promotion Period, in each case as validated by PayAngel.
9.2. Tie-break: if two or more Participants are tied, the Participant who reached the tied total earliest wins.
9.3. All potential winners are subject to validation, including eligibility, fraud, AML and compliance checks. PayAngel may request reasonable evidence of identity and eligibility before confirming any winner.
9.4. Potential winners will be contacted using the contact details registered on their PayAngel account within 10 days of the close of the Promotion Period, and must respond and confirm acceptance within 14 days of first contact. If a potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be contacted, declines the prize or fails validation, PayAngel may award the prize to the Participant with the next highest validated total in that category.
9.5. Winners’ results will be announced by 16 October 2026 in masked format on the campaign landing page and PayAngel’s social channels, on a provisional basis where validation under clause 9.4 is still in progress. Any use of a winner’s full name, image or likeness in publicity requires the winner’s prior written consent (clause 12).
10.1. PayAngel may, acting reasonably, disqualify any Participant and disregard any activity where it identifies or reasonably suspects:
10.2. PayAngel’s decisions in relation to the Promotion are final. This does not affect a Participant’s right to complain through PayAngel’s standard complaints process or a Participant’s statutory rights.
11.1. There are two prizes: the winner of each category receives one official Antoine Semenyo signed jersey. These are the only prizes announced for Phase 1.
11.2. No additional prize (including any live session or event with Antoine Semenyo) forms part of this Promotion unless and until separately announced in writing by PayAngel.
11.3. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. If a prize (or any element of it) becomes unavailable for reasons outside PayAngel’s reasonable control, PayAngel may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
11.4. Prizes will be dispatched to the delivery address provided by the winner within 30 days of the winner providing their delivery address.
12.1. Winners may be invited to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the Promotion (for example, an announcement post or a photograph with the prize). Participation in publicity is voluntary and subject to the winner’s prior written consent; it is not a condition of receiving a prize.
13.1. PAYINC GROUP LIMITED is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Promotion. Personal data is processed in accordance with the PayAngel Privacy Policy at https://payangel.com/privacy-policy/.
13.2. Data processed for the Promotion includes referral counts, qualifying transaction totals, and the masked display formats described in clause 8; and, for winners, contact and delivery details for prize fulfilment. Promotion data is retained no longer than necessary for the administration of the Promotion, the audit of results and compliance with legal obligations.
13.3. Participants may exercise their data protection rights (including access, objection and erasure, where applicable) as set out in the Privacy Policy. Requests to be removed from public leaderboard display are handled under clause 8.4.
14.1. PayAngel may amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion (or amend these Terms) if required by events outside its reasonable control, or where necessary for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention or technical reasons. Any material change will be published on the campaign landing page. Where the Promotion is amended, activity already validly counted will be preserved wherever reasonably possible.
14.2. PayAngel is not responsible for activity that cannot be counted due to technical failure, network unavailability or events outside its reasonable control, provided that reasonable steps are taken to record qualifying activity accurately.
14.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits PayAngel’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms affects Participants’ statutory rights.
14.4. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
14.5. These Terms and the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in a Participant’s country of residence.
