Reporting a security concern
If you think someone else has used or can access your account, tell us straight away through the PayAngel app. Do not wait.
You can also report a security concern at security.au@payangel.com.
We will never ask you for your password, PIN or a one-time code by phone, email or message.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle something, our Complaints Guide explains what to do next.
