How to Make a Claim
To make a claim under the Bronze Package:
- Log into the PayAngel App.
- Navigate to RemitCare on the offers page.
- Press on an active cover.
- Submit a claim request with the required information.
- Upload supporting documents, if requested.
Claims must be submitted within the coverage period.
Documents You May Need
Depending on the claim type, you may be asked to provide:
- Proof of transaction.
- Valid identification.
- Medical or emergency-related documents.
- Any additional information required to verify the claim.
Incomplete or false documentation may result in your claim being rejected.
How Long a Claim Takes
Claims are reviewed within a defined processing timeframe, and you will be notified of approval, rejection, or any additional requirements. Approved claims are settled through the PayAngel platform. Processing times may vary depending on verification requirements.
